    "to window border"
    
    DESCRIPTION:
        Move  the cursor to one of the window borders.  You must specify either
        the top, bottom, left, or right border using  the  appropriate  option,
        one  of  "-t",  "-b",  "-l",  "-r".   'twb' does not perform any window
        scrolling;  it only moves the cursor within the current window.
