pt
"pad top"
DESCRIPTION:
'pt' jump-scrolls the window so that the first line of the file is at
the top of the window. If the first line is already in the window, pt
has no effect.
If the line on which the cursor was positioned is moved out of the
window, the cursor will remain at the current screen position;
otherwise it will remain at the same text position.
