    "pad bottom"
    
    DESCRIPTION:
        'pb'  jump-scrolls  the window so that the last line of the file is the
        last line in the window.  If the last line of the file is  already  the
        last line in the window, pb has no effect. 
        
        If  the  line  on  which  the cursor was positioned is moved out of the
        window,  the  cursor  will  remain  at  the  current  screen  position;
        otherwise it will remain at the same text position.
