    "to right"
    
    DESCRIPTION:
        Position  the  text  cursor  at  the  end  of  the  current  line.   If
        necessary,  'tr' will scroll the window horizontally  to bring the  end
        of  the  current line into view.  'tr' will scroll the window to  leave
        two characters beteen the rightmost character on the line and the right
        edge of the window.
