    DESCRIPTION:
        The   $  command,  which  is  often  used  in  marking  a  range  of  text
        (1,$s/a/b/),  is  not normally thought of as a command but is  treated  as
        such  by  Ce.   Executing the dollar command by itself  is  equivalent  to
        executing  pb;tb;tr.  When used in defining a range of text, the $ command
        refers to all the data to the end of the file.
