ARPUS/ce, Version 2.6.2 (03/10/05) (SCCS 1.6)

ws [-on | -off]
"window scroll"
DESCRIPTION:
'ws' is used to switch the window between scroll-by-line mode and
scroll-by-window mode. 'ws -on' explicitly places the window in
scroll-by-line mode. 'ws -off' explicitly places it in
scroll-by-window mode. 'ws' with no option toggles between those two
modes.
In scroll-by-line mode, the ceterm transcript pad window is scrolled
one line at a time as each line is produced by the running program.
In scroll-by-window mode the ceterm transcript pad window is scrolled
either when enough output has been collected to fill one window or
when the running application terminates and returns control back to
the shell prompt.
-on put the window in scroll-by-line mode
-off put the window in scroll-by-window mode
This command has effect only on ceterm windows, since ce and cv
windows have no transcript pad.
The default for ws if -on. The initial state of window autohold may be
set via the "-scroll {yes | no}" parameter or the ceterm.scroll X
resource.
ceterm.scroll : n
Will cause ceterms to start with scroll off.
