 "Local Menu Item"
    
 DESCRIPTION:
    'lmi'  behaves exactly like the mi command except that the menu item
    is created or updated just for the current window. The update is not
    transmitted to the Ce collective.

    This command is useful for use with programs that generate menus for
    use  in  one  window.  For example, a program which  finds  all  the
    procedures in a C program could generate menu's to position the file
    at each one.
