    "Refresh Window"
    
    DESCRIPTION:
        'rw'  instructs ce to refresh the current edit window.  The window is
        completely  redrawn.  The -r parameter is accepted for compatibility,
        but  performs no function.  This parameter is deprecated and will  be
        eliminated in a future release.
