        As   of  2004 Ce is freely available.  The intention is to  eventually
        go  open  source  under  the GPL (GNU  Public  License).   Maintenance
        support  can  be  purchased  by  contacting  Robert  Styma  Consulting
        (styma@swlink.net).
  
        Questions will be answered and fixes made on a "time available" basis
        regardless of of maintenance status.
