    fgc <color>
    "foreground color"
    
    DESCRIPTION:
        The 'fgc' changes the foreground color of a Ce windows. 
        
        <color>    must    be   a  valid  X  color  as  it  appears  in  the  X11
        file  '/usr/lib/X11/rgb.txt'    or    via   an    "RGB"    (RedGreenBlue)
        specification. It can be specified as either a color  name such as "light
        blue",  or   a  color  hex  code such as "#bfd8d8".  If <color>  contains
        one  or more blanks or a pound sign,  it  must  be  enclosed  in  quotes.

        Ce   does  not  allow  you  to  make  the  foreground  the  same  as  the
        background  color.  Thus, 'fgc' has no  effect  on  monochrome   systems,
        which have only two colors.  Use the "inv" command to swap foreground and
        background on these machines.
