    "clear mark stack"
    
    DESCRIPTION:
        'cms' is used to remove existing marks from the mark stack. 
        
        Certain  commands,  such  as  'xc', 'xd', and 'case' operate on default
        regions if no region is specified.  If  you  want  such  a  command  to
        operate  on  the  default  region,  you may wish to precede the command
        with a 'cms' to first clear any outstanding marks.
