This web page points to a zip file which contains Ghostview 8.00 for windows, redmon 1.7, and a document describing how to set them up as a printer which saves to PDF format.
The zip file also contains a copy of PDFCreator 0.6.0 which is referenced in the document.
These tools are all freely available on the internet. I am just collecting them all in one place for convenience.
